Edgewood functions as an established Amazon retail entity, maintaining operations for approximately eleven years.

The firm is currently led by a partnership between myself, Paul Zeman, and Todd Wolfe.

At our peak performance level, we generated nearly $2 million in annual revenue, which was a notable achievement for a two-person team.

We were fortunate to secure highly profitable merchandise lines that drove our initial success. Following a recent market downturn, we are currently experiencing a period of growth and have refined our operational expertise. We have mastered cost-effective advertising strategies, recognizing that success on the Amazon platform depends on strategic purchasing rather than simple sales volume. Most of our inventory is processed directly through Amazon's distribution infrastructure.

This serves as a high-level summary of our organizational background.

With Todd's upcoming departure and my own transition toward retirement, I am seeking a dedicated individual to master every facet of the operation. The role will likely commence as a part-time engagement, transitioning to full-time status as you demonstrate proficiency. I am looking for a candidate with strong technical skills and significant personal drive. My ultimate objective is for this individual to eventually assume leadership of the company, which we can explore during a formal interview. The initial compensation consists of a base salary with additional incentives for expanding our client base. The potential for growth within the Amazon marketplace is substantial, as evidenced by many successful sellers. I look forward to discussing this opportunity further if you are interested.
Responsibilities involve mastering our existing merchandise and identifying fresh items for digital retail. There is a period of adjustment while you learn to differentiate profitable inventory through diligent research.

You will also develop professional ties with our manufacturers and distribution partners. Over time, you will manage the financial side as you learn every facet of the operation. My ultimate objective is for this individual to transition into a partnership role. Success here requires a strong work ethic and significant personal drive. You must have a college business degree and preferably under 30 years old

The starting pay is $20.00 per hour, plus a ten percent commission on any new accounts. We will establish a base level at the outset.

We currently do not provide a benefits package. My hope is that your earnings will grow to a point where this is no longer a concern.
